CELEB-U-WATCH: According to my spies...er...sources Evan Handler was spotted in the Pearl District on Thursday night at Vault Bar.

No, he's not Chelsea Handler's brother.

But he was "Harry" on the popular television series Sex and The City.

No word on why he might be in town (possible guest gig on "Grimm" perhaps?) but, sources say, he seemed to be having a great time in our city and, yes, he was a bit on the petite side.
