PRE-FUNCTION FUN: Before the frenzy of the holidays sets in, Charles Stilwell—the hot hunk behind Devil's Food Catering—wanted to invite a few guests to his North Portland "kitchen" (aka the former Ripe Family Supper space) to celebrate the onset of Fall.

And parties. That's what Stilwell and his crew excel at—really great parties. For this pre-holiday crowd Stilwell packed his workspace with cocktails, including a killer one called "Missile Crisis," and samples of what his kitchen will be cooking up for the season.
