CELEB-U-WATCH: Just received this note from a friend: "David Beckham, and the rest of his LA Galaxy team-mates, were at the Adidas Employee Store in North Portland this morning. We went to go shopping and were not allowed in until the team members cleared out. Not sure if you care, but we found it interesting."

Well, my friend, I DO care and I find it more than a little interesting too. And I have a feeling I am not the only one in town. The Galaxy guys are in town to play our Timbers on Wednesday night. But I had no idea they arrived soooo early...was it just to shop?

On to more important matters: anyone up for some Beckham sightings? Well, you can always share them with me. The more shirtless the better.

UPDATE: At 4:05 pm I received the following tip:.."the Galaxy is training at Jeld Wen right now. Shirt status unknown."
