CELEB-U-WATCH: The sun may be missing this summer in Portland, Oregon, but the stars are definitely out and about. The most recent celeb sighting is of two Academy Award winners: film director Joel Coen and his lovely lady, actress Frances McDormand.

The couple was spotted on Division Street this afternoon near Pok Pok, and according to this twitter feed had breakfast this morning at Kenny & Zuke's. I am currently on the hunt on why these two might be in town. Word is some major filming is going down at 34th and Clinton.

  There is indeed a costume trailer on 35th and Clinton. Saw someone with hair like Joel Coen's as I passed by, but couldn't tell if it was him.
