ARTY PARTIES: July's First Thursday in the Pearl District was a whirlwind of activity.

First up was the Oba/Art Bus event with Timmy Parsons. My partner, Juan Martinez, and I met my TV producer, Trudi Morrison, there for drinks, art, food and a little bit of fun.

Then it was off to help Lisa Watson and Peter Shanky celebrate the 4th Anniversary of their cool and tasty Cupcake Jones. Beyond the birthday of their biz the cute couple launched their new line of vegan cupcakes as well as christen their new office and event space. In truth, the party list ended up being so huge they had to move the party down the street!

We ended the night at Lizard Lounge where my friend, musician and Pink Martini publicist, Peter Murray, displayed a few of his sweet Polaroid pics. That's where we ran into "It Boys" Peter and Sam Smith who were out on the town with their mom, Emily Crumpacker. How cool is it that these two grown men still hang out with their mother? Very cool.
