Boston Rob and Portland's Andrew Shayde in South Beach

AMAZING ANDREW: You might have heard something about "Boston Rob" Mariano winning Survivor: Redemption Island over the weekend.

But did you know that my buddy, Andrew Shayde, was partying with Rob just last weekend at the 10th Anniversary Party for The Amazing Race?

I've known Shayde for years. But what I didn't figure out until recently is that Andrew was on Amazing Race 3 with his Southern Baptist dad Dennis. I just knew him as the guy who used to check me in at the front desk of my gym. Little did I know he was also reality star and part of the first reality television series to ever win an Emmy.

Last weekend Andrew joined Boston Rob and 160 contestants from The Amazing Race from Seasons 1 to 18 in South Beach, Florida for their big 10th Anniversary Reunion.

And from the photo above it looked like he had a blast in the hot tube with the likes of Luke, the openly gay deaf guy who was most recently seen on that last season of Amazing Race called "Unfinished Business" with his mom Margie, as well as everyone else in the photo below. Now how cool is that?
