SO ME, SO YOU: What would make actor, and recent Portland transplant, Daniel Baldwin miss out on sitting in his front AA-row courtside seats at the must-win (and they did) Blazer play-off game at the Rose Garden last night?

"I told [the organizers] that I was going to be missing something very important," said Baldwin, "but I was willing to do it for the So Me Awards."

I chatted with Baldwin, alongside my "Have You Heard" co-host Karol Collymore, just prior to the 3rd Annual Social Media Awards (aka So Me Awards) deep inside downtown's Fez Ballroom. Our interview with the exceptionally generous, increasingly svelte and, dare I say, sweet actor, in which he talked about everything from social media to kettle bells, will soon be up on our Earth2World website here. 

Baldwin, was not only a celebrity guest at the So Me's but also was the  emcee for this local celebration of achievement in new media interactions. And it was quite the party with all sorts of Twitter superstars in attendance including Cascadia's Robert Wagner, Chalkboarder's Jeffrey Kingman, Scene Marketing's Shannon Pratuch, Earth2World's Trudi Morrison and @redoingmedia's Betsy Richter among others.
