PARTY BOY: On Monday night Stephen Cassell was feted at a little birthday party inside The Jolly Roger deep in the bowels of Johns Landing. It wasn't quite the huge affair he had last year at The Fez Ballroom, but dare I say, I think Stephen had a much better time at this much more intimate gathering. At least he was when I left. I also heard the party went way past midnight. Well, that is how little Stevie likes to roll.
