Caped and capped NoPo Superman works the streets for "change"

SUPER DUDE: When the going gets tough, the tough get...into costumes? Well, at least in Portland where keeping it weird sometimes means throwing on a cape and a cap. Seen at the corner of Lombard and Interstate in North Portland, who wouldn't want to give a "hero" like this a little spare change. Here's a pic of the super guy with his super dog.
