Lavishmint imbibers at Bluehour

More musings from Marissa Sullivan. This time out the fashionable scribe gets her afternoon drink on:

COCKTAIL HOUR: On Thursday afternoon at Bluehour (250 Northwest 13th Ave., 503-226-3394, wwwbluehouronline.com) I had the opportunity to sit, eat, mingle, and most importantly taste test some mouthwatering Lavishmint cocktails being poured by mixologist Bradley Dawson. Here’s our drink list:

Mojito
2 oz Lavishmint
1 oz lime
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz soda

Eastside
3 slices cucumber
1.5 oz Lavishmint
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
2 oz soda

And my personal favorite, the Chocolate Mint Kiss, which tasted just like a Junior Mint!
2 oz Lavishmint
1 oz creme de cacao
1 dash Aztec chocolate bitters
stir

The food was delicious (see pictures below), the company interesting (see pictures below) and the drinks…minty!**
