Janna Lopez, Francine Raften, Trudi Nagel Morrison and Arlene Schnitzer at F&J Show Launch Party

LET'S DO LAUNCH: It was quite the crowd at the "launch party" for "Fran & Jan," a brand new internet podcast that just premiered today and features longtime local radio personality Francine Raften and Goodness magazine publisher Janna Lopez.

The swank soiree, held last night at Large Films in the bowels of LoBu, not only attracted the likes of Margie Boule, Emily Crumpacker, author Wendy Burden, chef Lisa Schroeder and my buddy, Cort Webber of The Cort & Fatboy Show, but it also included an appearance by none other than the lovely Arlene Schnitzer herself.

The partying patrons were not only there to support Fran and Jan, but also Trudi Nagel Morrison, the powerhouse behind the brand new Earth2World broadcast network and home to the F&J show. Trudi just signed a lease to house her brand new "global living room" within the comfy confines of the Water Avenue Commerce Center with plans to launch a full schedule on her network sometime in February.
