Emcee Jenny Hansson at African Bridge Farm To Table Dinner

OUT OF OREGON: North Plains Lake View Farms—not far from the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course—was the site this weekend for the breathtakingly gorgeous Farm-to-Table Dinner to benefit Africa Bridge, a Portland-based charity that works to protect, support and care for orphaned and vulnerable children through integrated sustainable development in the country of Tanzania. The event featured a menu created by Jenn Louis, of Lincoln Restaurant with performances by Sebe  Kan, Loveness Wesa and the Amani Marimba Group. The night, emceed by KOIN TV Studio 6's adorable Jenny Hansson, was also an opportunity to bid on exotic trips to Tanzania, a week at a Costa Rican villa as well as original works from African and locally known artists. What a beautiful night.
