TOP DINER: Top Chef's Tom Colicchio (above) was spotted dining in the Pearl District at the swanky Bluehour Wednesday night. Now, add to the fact that Frank Bruni (reading from his book at Powell's tonight) and Andrew Knowlton (here for the International Pinot Noir Celebration) are also roaming around Portland right now and you've got yourself a food-lovers cluster-@#% of the highest order. Word on the street is that Colicchio is not here for all the IPNC fun, and I'll attempt to find out what exactly has the Bravo star in town. For now though, watch your back — there might be a celebrity chef/food editor breathing down it at the food cart pod.
