Pixie Project on The Today Show Tomorrow

Byron Beck, Today Show's Sara Haines and Juan Martinez, in May, at Pixie Project
PIXIE POWER: The wait is over. Portland's own Pixie Project is scheduled to appear tomorrow, Wednesday, on NBC's The TODAY Show.
Sara Haines, a TODAY Show web correspondent (and one of the regulars during Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford's 10 o'clock hour) raced clear across the country in May, via the efforts of the good folks at Media Maison, so she could make a few new four-legged friends and highlight the good works of the Pixie Project, a super cool non-profit animal adoption center and pet supply store located in Northeast Portland.
For the segment Pixie Project founders Amy Sacks and Karli Covington talked to Sara about the history of their organization, their unique approach to adoption and their ADOPT leach and collar program. Sara also talked to Juan Martinez and me about possibly adopting a pooch (we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if we actually made the segment). Sara was super sweet and was this close to tucking one of the Pixie pups into her carry-on.
Now we get to see it all on morning television. Very cool.
The TODAY show airs at 7am (but I bet the segment airs during the 10 am hour). I've just been informed the segment runs between 8:30 and 9 am.
