What To Wear: Red Dress PDX Is Red Hot, Hot, HOT!

GO RED! The 10th anniversary of the Red Dress Party takes place this Saturday, April 17, 2010. Inspired by the 30th anniversary of Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining" this year's theme is "REDRUM" with a set inspired by Oregon's own Timberline Lodge. Tahoe Jackson will greet party goers with a murderous set around 9:30 pm and DJ Harmonix and DJ Tronic will master the mixes on two dance floors as party-goers try to traipse through the outdoor hedge maze in six-inch heels and a red teddy.

Tickets ($50) will not be available at the door, so buy your tickets online today. As with all Red Dress parties, your ticket includes hosted food, beverages, and special red cocktails. All guests must be age 21 or over and are required to wear a red dress— kilts and culottes do not make the cut.

All proceeds will be donated to local nonprofit organizations doing important work in our community: The Q Center, The Men’s Wellness Center, and the SafeChoice Program of the YWCA of Clark County.

The madness starts at 9 pm (with the pre-party VIP reception at 7 pm) at the Bison Building—419 NE 10th Avenue.
