The Stardar Report: Daniel Baldwin Courtside and The Office's "Toby" at Gilt Club.

STARDAR AND THE CITY: It's been a busy weekend (well, at least for the dead of winter) for spotting celebs in Portland.

First up, Paul Lieberstein. I know. "Paul, who?" Well, you may not know his name but you'll definitely recognize his face, and character's name, if you are a fan of "The Office" (see photo above). According to a friend, Toby...I mean Paul...was spotted on Saturday night have dinner downtown at Gilt Club. More, and more, this Old Town eatery is the place to find visiting celebs who want to enjoy a great meal without feeling like they are being watched by everyone in The Pearl District. Who knew the dude was as talented behind-the-scenes as in front? Oh, wiki does, here.

BALDWIN AND THE CITY: Blazers fans (and his Twitter page here) confirms that actor/newbie Portlander, Daniel Baldwin, was at the Blazers game on Sunday night. Maybe Toby..I mean Paul...was in town over the weekend to meet with Daniel about all his upcoming projects based out of Portland.

Sorry, but Daniel Baldwin is a Lake Oswegan, not a Portlander. You can't be a Portlander AND a Lake Oswegan, so fair is fair.

He's also a Jesus freak and a shameless pusher of vitamins. Not sure why he warrants any interest other than morbid curiousity.

I saw Toby....I mean Paul, at an art gallery in the Pearl on Saturday the 9th. I was so sure it was him but I couldn't remember his real name or character's name, so I chickened out. UGH!!! Oh well.
