Breaking Book News: Storm Large Signs Major Book Deal Today.

ROCK AND LIT: Oregon has produced its share of impressive authors: Ursula K. Le Guin, Tom Spanbauer, Chuck Palahniuk, Storm Large…wait a minute.
Isn’t that last lady the rocker who stormed the stage this year with her impressive one-woman show about herself and her crazy family?
Why, yes, our very own Storm Large is signing a major book deal today, Monday, Dec. 21, with a world-renowned publisher.
And frankly, for those of us who recall her salty sex advice under the nom de plume, “Demi Mondain” in Exotic Magazine not that long ago, well, we are in for one helluva of a sexy rock and roll ride. Details to follow.
In related Portland-based book news, Oregonian film critic Shawn Levy, who has penned his share of timely tomes over the years—Rat Pack Confidential, Ready, Set, Go!, Paul Newman: A Life—is said to be gearing up for his next (as yet to be disclosed) book. Word is, that it will be in keeping with his previous works.

If it is as blunt and to the point as your interviews, I can imagine my blushing face now.
Can't wait. Hope there is a signing tour that comes through Fayetteville, N.C.!!!!!!
