HO, HO, HOLLYWOOD: Jennifer Lyon is an amazing gal.

Not only did she survive Survivor (she was the 13 member voted out in Season 10 of Survivor Palau)...

She is also a breast cancer survivor.

But lately that bitch of a disease has been nipping at her heels again. In true Survivor fashion though, Jenn refuses to take her diagnosis lying down. In fact, she is literally working her booty off at, of all things, a holiday tree lot out under (and among) the stars and smack dab in the middle of blinged-out Hollywood, Calif. The pic above is Jenn with her business partner, Dion Rottman, at the lot.

Here is what Jenn—who grew up in The Dalles, Oregon, and considers this state her home—has to say about her new gig:

What do the holidays, specifically holiday trees, mean to you?

Holiday trees mean pure happiness to me. The time it takes for people to choose them, the people's stories about it being their first Christmas tree ever, or couples buying their first tree for their first home, all the stories are wonderful. People are generally happy when they are choosing a tree. And, it makes me happy to provide them with such a happy thing that smells amazing and creates that holiday glow.

What does it mean for you to have Oregon trees in the middle of Hollywood?

We love our Oregon trees!!! Being from there it makes it extra special for me to sell them from there, but it has been difficult to keep the trees shaded and cool enough in our California sun. It was 90 degrees the other day!! But, we have tents and shade from giant billboards nearby.

Should we expect any celebrities to drop by to pick up a tree?

Some celebrities have already made appearances and we do expect more. Tom Everett Scott (That Thing You Do) and Survivor host Jeff Probst have been around.

Why did you pick breast cancer as your beneficiary?

Breast cancer was the easy choice for me. My aunt passed away from breast cancer at a young age and I was diagnosed with the disease in 2005 and still fighting it. We want to continue to give to research because a cure is not far of!!

What does this holiday mean to you and your health?

Last year I was in the hospital and sick for a major part of the holiday season. This year I want to make it as memorable as possible, and it already has been! My parents and nephews came over for Thanksgiving and all helped out setting up the lot and working all through the holiday weekend! I believe that is what holidays are all about and it brings everyone closer.

Do you a special holiday wish for yourself or others?

Only to sell a lot of trees so we can donate as much as possible! I wish that others remember that this time is also about giving and about family and friends.

And here is what her press release says about the lot:

"The Hollywood Christmas Tree Lot t;em>(1800 Highland Avenue, 310-413-4561) is now open for business! We've just received our fresh-cut trees from Oregon and they look beautiful. If you're looking for a table top Charlie Brown Noble Fir, we got 'em! Or maybe you've got high ceilings and want to show off your 10 foot Douglas Fir...we've got those too. We also carry the silver-like Grand Fir, fresh wreaths, Poinsettias, holiday decorations, hot chocolate and coffee, candy canes and much more!  Even Santa will be making an appearance on Saturdays from 11:00 to 2:00!"

Part of the profits from the lot will go to the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation to continue the ever-important fight against breast cancer.

So if you are spending the holidays in Hollywood well, now you know where to buy your tree.
