EAT BEAT: The Oregonian reported today that John Gorham, the chef behind the wonderfully fantastic tapas-centric Toro Bravo, will open a brunch-only eatery, Tasty & Sons, in mid-January, but did not report the location.

That clicked off a rumour I heard earlier this fall: That Gorham and his crew would be expanding their Russell Street empire by creating a restaurant in what is now the Wonder Ballroom's  Cafe Wonder.

Located just feet away from Toro Bravo's front door that makes sense since Toro Bravo is almost always packed, but I am not sure Tasty & Sons will eventually take over the Wonder due to the fact it will be a brunch only cafe.

Thoughts?
