SPACE RACE: The newly renovated Space Room wants to celebrate its makeover and grand re-opening by throwing someone a very unique version of their “big day”: a Space Wedding.

Owners Paul and Seth Leavens will provide the winning pair with complimentary use of the space, a licensed officiate, photography by Sky Blue Iris Event Photography, invitations provided by PillowTalk Greeting Cards, and free appetizers for up to 50 guests. Couples will be officially married beneath an alien prop used on the show X Files as classic slide show movies play silently on the lounge’s TVs.

Couples are invited to enter at spaceroomlounge.com/wedding-contest for the chance to win a one of a kind wedding celebration.  The most creative entry will wins. In 200 words or less tell them why you and your partner (alien or otherwise) want a space themed wedding. Deadline for entry is November 15, 2009 and the winning couple will be notified by December 1, 2009.
