The skinny: This whole event completely came about because of Twitter.

Francine Rafter was reading her tweets when she randomly came across national recording artist Kevin Montgomery’s tweet, seeking an Oregon venue for his 50 states 50 days 50 concerts tour (Oregon is stop #3 on the tour which commences soon).  She knew if she contacted a few connected friends, Oregon wouldn’t let Kevin down. She emailed/tweeted her bud Cindy Thompson (Cindy Thompson Event Productions) who contacted Lisa Hill (Broussard Hill Communications) who contacted Andina Restaurant who thought the whole thing was a perfect fit for their event space Tupai www.andinarestaurant.com.

Short story --- all because of the serendipitous viral twitter community, Kevin Montgomery has venue for the Oregon stop on his tour, Monday, October 26^th (which benefits two great charities including EthosMusic Center in Portland).
