WINE ON: Wine lovers, capsule do yourself a favor and get thee to Seattle the weekend of March 23 and 24 for Taste Washington!
Hosting more than 200 Washington state wineries and 65 restaurants, this vino-centric event is the largest in the region and attracts wine enthusiasts from around the country. What better place to stay for the event than Seattle’s only wine-themed hotel? In addition to a special discounted rate, Hotel Vintage Park is including a complimentary bottle of Washington wine, morning coffee and a daily dining credit for the award-winning Tulio Ristorante inside the hotel (the restaurant was named as one of the best Italian restaurants in the country by Travel+Leisure magazine).
Additionally, Vintage Park guests are invited to curl up by the fire in the hotel’s cozy living room (aka lobby) every evening for complimentary daily wine hour. Local winemakers are scheduled to pour each evening during the weekend of the Taste, beginning with Sagelands Vineyard on Thursday, followed by Obelisco Estate (Friday), Walter Dacon (Saturday), and Chateau Faire Le Pont to wrap up the weekend on Sunday.
