Karen Karbo, Nancy Rommelmann, Crofton Diack, Erin Ergenbright, Tim and Tafv Sampson at Ristretto's

TWO BOOKS, ONE PARTY:  TRANSPORTATION, short stories by Nancy Rommelmann, and TRANSPORTED, a photo series by Tafv Sampson were showcased at Ristretto Roasters on Thursday night. This mother and daughter project highlights the talents of one incredible family. Author Karen Karbo introduced Nancy, who read one of the short stories from her book in front of Tafv's photographs that are currently hanging at the North Williams coffeehouse. Gin and whiskey cocktails and finger foods were offered to a group of guests that included friends and fans of the author and artist.
