Diego is on the move. This week we find him at the Portland Oregon Womens Film Festival currently spooling out at the Hollywood Theater. Here is his first report from the fest (complete with photos below).

LIGHTS! CAMERA! POW! -- POWFest day one is a wrap! The night started Thursday, about 6:30 pm, with the lobby of the Hollywood Theater being filled by the Producers, Directors, Stars, Friends and Family associated with the 7 short films being played on opening night (I could not walk any where without whacking someone with my camera bag, sorry to the dozens!).

Okay, so the movies: I was not able to catch all of the films, or see them in their entirety (life of working on the go and being able to do so from a cell phone causes this a lot). But I will say this, people where in their seats 30 minutes before “Go Time” for a reason. The laughs and applause were no quieter from the other side of the theater doors then from with-in. All  of the films that played last night, which were part of the Shorts 1: Locals Showcase had the audiences full attention and by the end of the 7th film people were definitely left wanting more. From a movie that is one in a series of five, one shot in California and one based on true event from the 1930’s with an artistic change of “what if?”, there was something for every person in the theater to like. If opening night is a reflection of the different styles, genres and themes to be played throughout, no one will go unpleased. New free porn videos every day. Tons of adult movies in our archive. The only bookmark you need for all you free sex fantasies freesex you will have the world amazingly easy and simple online chatting with girls and guys from all over the world

For opening night the seven films showcased were The Dinner Party, The Company of Thieves, Dry Firewood, CPR, Not to Be Taken, Stella's Flight and The Lost Van Gogh.

The after party/5 year birthday boogie! was held at @Large Films. Classic disco, funk, pop, hip-hop and beer...Good Times!…did I mention the table with a cake surrounded by an army of cupcakes?
