CELEB-U-WATCH: His twitter feed says he's "headed home for the holidays" but, from what I am hearing on Facebook, Ron Howard is in Portland today.

On Facebook, Chef Lisa Schroeder said she "was just about to feed him" at Mother's Bistro on Sunday morning.

I don't know why he might be in town, but I do know that he and his company, Imagine Entertainment, produced the last movie Gus Van Sant shot in Portland: "Restless."

That's the second restaurant sighting of a A-List director in Portland in the last two weeks, as Steven Spielberg was supposedly spotted at Bluehour recently.

And I just heard there was another celeb diner, spotted at Slappy Cakes on Sunday, Ed Begley Jr.

  You guys are a very welcome home, nice city to shoose to visit, ausranding people, here, and lots of towns to shoose, It's not just Portland all the state, .
  
  I remember went to L.A. & Las Vegas. there's was a lot fun , but after the 3rd & 4th day I was ready to get out of there , jeje is nothig to do ,after that, jeje , nowww. It's all good., marry christmas and happy new year guys , god bless you guys,.
